Planning Your Day
RVO Safety Policies:
- We will not operate during thunderstorms, extremely cool or rainy days. Call us if the weather looks questionable.
- We also may have to close if the water level is too high on the river.
- Alcohol is strictly forbidden. Anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be permitted on the river.
- Leave valuables at home or locked in the car. You can check your keys with us if you wish.
What to bring:
- Shoes are mandatory – old tennis shoes are best. Flip-flops are NOT recommended.
- Sunglasses with a strap
- Sunblock
- Camera – waterproof
- Extra clothes
- Hat/visor
- Money
